Exhibit your game at the Gender, Identity, and Video Games discussion event hosted in partnership by the Institute for Advanced Study, GLITCH, Digital Arts Sciences + Humanities (DASH), Codework Collaborative, and the University Libraries!
The event kicks off with light refreshments and a social exhibition of games made by students and local developers, where attendees can jump in a game, chat with game makers, and meet other attendees. Following the exhibition is the discussion, which further details can be found here.
This is the perfect place for you to engage with 50+ attendees and see how they interact with your game title in real-time, as well as connect with the local scene by meeting other game creators, aspiring students, and scholars.

This event is open to the public and free for all to attend, including exhibitors.
Event staff will provide the 10 selected exhibitors with a table, access to wireless internet, and power.
Exhibitor Requirements:
- Complete submission process according to the guidelines below by February 5th, 2015
- Provide at least one (1) game, but no more than two (2) games, per station.
- Exhibitors must provide any necessary and supplemental equipment, i.e. PC, controllers, console, monitor, and display items
- Check in by 2:30pm on February 19, 2015 for set up
- Provide minimum of one (1) representative to be at station during the exhibit hours of 3:00 – 4:30pm on February 19, 2015.
